Organic Lemon Verbena
Deciduous perennial plant, in regions with cold or dry seasons, 0.30 to 2m high, with rigid quadrangular erect and branched stem. Lemon verbena is also called Aloysia triphylla.
Main properties and uses
Stomachic, digestive, gastric antispasmodic, digestive spasms and gastralgia.
Anti-inflammatory (and antihistamine), anti-neuralgic and mild analgesic (fever, flu, colds, cough).
Calming, mild sedative, antidepressant (sleep disorders of depressives and melancholics, migraines, anxiety, malaise, dizziness)
How to use lemon verbena
As an infusion: 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup to infuse for one minute
10 to 20g of leaves for a liter of water
