
Organic Dried Mango Smoothie Recipe with Coconut Milk-Agromaya
Ingredients for the recipe
200 g organic dried mangoes , 300 ml coconut milk, 1 lemon, ice cubes
1- Rehydrate the mangoes (for 200 g of dried mangoes put 60 cl of water), let them swell for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of one night.
2- Squeeze the lime and reserve the juice.
3- Place the fruit flesh in a blender, add the coconut milk, lime juice and a few ice cubes and serve immediately.
Variation: You can add bananas , apples ... and for a more liquid appearance add orange juice . Good tasting
