Bissap juice recipe (Hibiscus flower) For 3 liters

Ingredients

๐Ÿ‘‰50g of Hibiscus Flowers

๐Ÿ‘‰1 Bouquet of Fresh Mint

๐Ÿ‘‰3 Liters of Water

๐Ÿ‘‰ Sugar (to taste)

๐Ÿ‘‰1 sachet of vanilla sugar

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ginger

Preparation

In very hot water, put the bissap and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add half a bunch of mint and let cool for 20 minutes

๐Ÿ‘‰Filter using a clean cloth into a large salad bowl.

๐Ÿ‘‰Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, ginger, as well as the mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ

Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating (put the rest of fresh mint in the bottle or carafe)

For tasting, add ice cubes ๐ŸงŠ according to your taste, and decorate with ginger and/or mint.
