Bissap Agromaya juice recipe
Bissap juice recipe (Hibiscus flower) For 3 liters
Ingredients
๐50g of Hibiscus Flowers
๐1 Bouquet of Fresh Mint
๐3 Liters of Water
๐ Sugar (to taste)
๐1 sachet of vanilla sugar
๐ Ginger
Preparation
In very hot water, put the bissap and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add half a bunch of mint and let cool for 20 minutes
๐Filter using a clean cloth into a large salad bowl.
๐Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, ginger, as well as the mint leaves ๐
Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating (put the rest of fresh mint in the bottle or carafe)
For tasting, add ice cubes ๐ง according to your taste, and decorate with ginger and/or mint.
