
Bissap Agromaya juice recipe
Bissap juice recipe (Hibiscus flower) For 3 liters
Ingredients
👉50g of Hibiscus Flowers
👉1 Bouquet of Fresh Mint
👉3 Liters of Water
👉 Sugar (to taste)
👉1 sachet of vanilla sugar
👉 Ginger
Preparation
In very hot water, put the bissap and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add half a bunch of mint and let cool for 20 minutes
👉Filter using a clean cloth into a large salad bowl.
👉Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, ginger, as well as the mint leaves 🍃
Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating (put the rest of fresh mint in the bottle or carafe)
For tasting, add ice cubes 🧊 according to your taste, and decorate with ginger and/or mint.
