Peppermint , a vigorous perennial plant, producing numerous aerial or underground stolons. With a strong spicy flavor, it results from the spontaneous hybridization of water mint and spearmint.
In infusion, Peppermint has a fine odor, characteristic when crushed. A fresh and spicy flavor.

Aromatic, general tonic. Good for fatigue and low libido
Difficult digestion, bloating, colitis, diarrhea, constipation, functional digestive disorders attributed to hepatic origin.
Used as an additional softening and anti-pruritic treatment for dermatological conditions, as an analgesic
How to use peppermint
As an infusion: 15g of leaves per liter of boiling water.
Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. 1 cup after each meal
