Black pepper
Black Pepper is a perennial vine with a woody, twining stem that can become very long. The subspherical black seeds, 4 to 5 mm in diameter, with a very wrinkled dark brown surface bearing the insertion scar at the base and at the apex, the remains of the very hard stigma.

In small doses, it is a stimulant of digestive secretions and the nervous system.
Nausea, flatulence, bloating, constipation, lack of appetite.
Bactericide and insecticide.
How to use black pepper
When infused, it has an aromatic odor and a peppery flavor.
